okay dokay.
first day at shanghai!
woohooo!
oh well i guess i was a pig on the plane.
sleep and eat, wake up eat then sleep again.lol
got alot of movies leh but i was too tired to watch. got underdog, i now pronounce you blahblahh, stardust, transformer.
super shag when we reach thr.
50min journey to the hotel.slept on the coach also.ha.
checked in.
room wasnt as bad as i thought lahs.
but dun have cupboard to put our clothes nia.
the tv got alot of shows one.also got games.cool eh.
after we put our lagguage and stuffs we went to have our breakfast.

went back to out room and rested before setting off for our FIRST training!
the school is quite big and they had their own track!though it's like 300m only.
hmmm it was super cold and we had to take off our thick thick jacket and track pants for training.wonder how those kids tahan.
so we trained with the kids. they are only like 8 to 11 yrs old and they can thrash us easily
i played with a super cute girl. initially i thought she was a boy until i saw her in the girl's toilet!
i was like omg.are u sure...
but anyway i had fun training with those kids.
they are just too adorable! everyone loved them!
hmmm then we did physical training.duckwalk! 6times! go there come back count as 1.
legs SUPER DUPER ULTRA SUAN CAN!
for ur info, for the rest of the 6 days we didnt do anymore PT cos our legs too suan to endure.lol.
after the duck walk still muz go to the track run 5rounds. i think we only ran 4 rounds.
oh ya! it was only 5plus and it's like 8pm at night in singapore!
i thought my watch spoil but it's for real!cant believe it.
their night is just too early!
okay then we went for dinner at their canteen
hmmm the dishes were not as delicious as what we had for lunch but im fine with it.
they had the menu written in chalk so we know what we'll be having the next day
went back hotel to bath then it's time to SHOP!
this's only the first day and we started shopping.
hahas.walked to the nearest shopping centre.
bought hell lots of tibits chocos all those stuffs.
first day alr spent 200plus..opps.
still needa CARRY BACK!
wahhh i didnt know i type for so long liao.and im only on the first day.
think i continue tmr bah.
im super tired now.
